Contract Duration:

Maintenance contracts can be on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Scope of Service:

Covers preventive maintenance, emergency breakdowns, technical support, and spare parts as an option.
The coverage details differ with the package and need to be clearly outlined in the agreement.

Response Time & Support:

Support timeframes differ region-wise; generally 24 to 72 hours.
Onsite service as per service-level agreements.

Exclusions:

Does not cover damage due to operator mistake, electrical glitches, unauthorized service, or force majeure.

Termination Clause:

Upon 30 days' written notice, either party can cancel.
Pending dues and usage of parts will be settled before the closure of the contract.
