Contract Duration:

  • Maintenance contracts can be on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Scope of Service:

  • Covers preventive maintenance, emergency breakdowns, technical support, and spare parts as an option.
  • The coverage details differ with the package and need to be clearly outlined in the agreement.

Response Time & Support:

  • Support timeframes differ region-wise; generally 24 to 72 hours.
  • Onsite service as per service-level agreements.

Exclusions:

  • Does not cover damage due to operator mistake, electrical glitches, unauthorized service, or force majeure.

Termination Clause:

  • Upon 30 days' written notice, either party can cancel.
  • Pending dues and usage of parts will be settled before the closure of the contract.
