Rental Services Policy

Rental Terms:

Rentals are subject to specific contracts based on tenure (Week, Month, Year).
Fixed or usage-based pricing (OPEX model).
Operator, maintenance, and fuel can be included in services as per contract.

Insurance & Deposits:

Refundable security deposit can be taken.
Customer is liable for the insurance of equipment unless MHE Bazar covers it specifically.

Liability & Penalties:

User is liable for loss, damage, or misuse of rented equipment.
Penalties for late returns, contract breach, or early cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

To be submitted in writing.
Fees can be charged for cancellations after dispatch or resource allocation.

Termination Clause:

Upon 30 days' written notice, either party can cancel.
Pending dues and usage of parts will be settled before the closure of the contract.
